What is cucsFcStatsBytesTxDeltaMin?
This records the smallest single-interval transmitted-byte delta seen on this FC interface, the quietest outbound sample in the tracking window. Alongside TxDeltaMax it lets an admin see the full swing of outbound activity on this one port rather than just an average. A TxDeltaMin of near zero paired with a high TxDeltaMax points to a port whose transmit traffic is highly bursty rather than continuous.
