What is cucsFcStatsBytesRxDeltaMax?
This records the highest single-interval received-byte delta observed on this FC interface within the current tracking window, i.e. the worst-case (busiest) inbound burst seen so far. An admin uses it to size link capacity or spot a port that occasionally saturates during backup or replication windows even though its average looks fine. A DeltaMax far above the DeltaAvg for the same FC port signals a recurring traffic spike worth investigating.
