What is cucsFaultSuppressTaskOperSuppressPolicyName?

This reports the name of the suppression policy actually being applied by this task right now, as resolved by UCS Manager, which can differ from the policy name an admin originally configured if policy resolution pulled in an inherited or org-level policy instead. For a running suppression task, this is the field to check if the wrong faults (or the right faults, unexpectedly) are being suppressed, since it shows what UCS Manager is really enforcing rather than what was typed in. For example, an admin who configured suppressPolicyName as 'quick-silence' but sees operSuppressPolicyName resolve to an org-default policy knows their local policy assignment was overridden higher in the org hierarchy.
