This TruthValue flag controls whether this suppression task is allowed to bypass the normal cap on how many suppression tasks or suppressed-fault instances UCS Manager will track at once. That cap normally exists to stop a runaway or badly-scoped suppression rule from silently hiding an unbounded number of faults; setting ignoreCap on a specific task deliberately removes that safety limit for it. For example, an admin suppressing faults across every port on a large fabric during a full switch replacement might set ignoreCap true so the task isn't cut short by hitting the default cap partway through.
