Because a domain can have several suppression tasks active at once (one per maintenance activity), the DN is what lets an admin tell which running task corresponds to which change window when troubleshooting why faults are or aren't being silenced right now. For example, a DN under sys/fault-suppression/task-<n> identifies one specific in-flight suppression task distinct from any other queued or completed one.
