Access: read-only
Description: Cisco UCS fault:Policy:ackAction managed object property
What is cucsFaultPolicyAckAction?
This defines what UCS Manager does with a fault once an admin acknowledges it - for example, whether acknowledgment automatically clears the fault or just marks it as seen while leaving the underlying condition tracked. This matters to an admin's workflow because acknowledging a fault to silence a page shouldn't necessarily be treated the same as confirming the underlying problem is actually fixed, so this setting controls whether those two actions are conflated or kept separate. An ack action that only marks a fault seen, rather than clearing it, means the fault stays listed as an open, acknowledged issue until its actual root cause resolves, even after the admin has already acknowledged it.
