What is cucsExtpolProviderCapability?
This is a bitmask/enumeration of which categories of UCS Manager data or policy this Provider advertises it can supply or consume. On this specific cucsExtpolProviderCapability instance, the set of capability flags determines which parts of the extpol data model UCS Manager will actually route to or from this provider — a provider missing the fault-feed capability, for instance, will never see fault updates even if it later expresses interest in them. For example, capability might be set to a value representing 'inventory + fault' for one provider while a different one is limited to 'config-only'.
