On this cucsExtpolClientInterest, a mismatch between Interest and Capability — for example Interest requesting fault data that Capability doesn't grant — is exactly the kind of thing that explains why this client isn't receiving updates it expects. For example, interest might be set to request only configuration-change notifications, so hardware fault events never reach this particular client.
