Description: Cisco UCS extmgmt:IfMonPolicy:enableHAFailover managed object property
What is cucsExtmgmtIfMonPolicyEnableHAFailover?
This is a true/false flag controlling whether a detected management-interface failure is allowed to trigger a high-availability failover between the two fabric interconnects in a UCS cluster. On cucsExtmgmtIfMonPolicyEnableHAFailover specifically, leaving this true means a subordinate fabric interconnect losing its mgmt-network reachability can force the cluster lead role to move, so an admin who wants to isolate a flaky mgmt switch port without disrupting the cluster would set it false first. For instance, a site with an unreliable out-of-band management switch might set this to 'false' temporarily so link flaps on that switch stop causing unplanned failovers.
