What is cucsExtmgmtIfLastOperStateReport?
This is the last reported operational state of this management interface. This is the field an admin checks first to see the most recent known up/down status of the management path, which is especially important since a fully-down management interface can itself make it harder to reach UCS Manager to check anything else. A lastOperStateReport showing 'link-down' would explain why an admin lost SSH/GUI access to this Fabric Interconnect through its primary management path.
