What is cucsExtmgmtArpTargetsConfigStatusMessage?
This is a human-readable status or error message accompanying the configuration state of this ARP-target setup. When configState shows a failure, this message is what actually tells the admin why the ARP-target configuration wasn't applied, saving a guessing game about which of the three target IPs, for instance, might be invalid. A message reading 'invalid IP address format for target 2' would point the admin directly at exactly which of the three configured targets needs to be corrected.
