What is cucsEpqosDefinitionName?
This is the administrator-assigned name of the egress QoS policy — the same name shown in the UCS Manager GUI's QoS Policies list and referenced by any vNIC/vHBA template that uses this policy. This is the policy object a vNIC or vHBA template points to; it's what UCS Manager pushes down through the fabric interconnects to shape and prioritize that interface's outbound traffic. An admin might name this policy something like 'gold-video' to signal it's the profile applied to video-conferencing traffic that needs a guaranteed bandwidth floor.
