This holds the numeric error code returned by a fabric interconnect (or other remote endpoint) if a remote step of this object's state machine failed. This is the policy object a vNIC or vHBA template points to; it's what UCS Manager pushes down through the fabric interconnects to shape and prioritize that interface's outbound traffic. A value of 0 means the most recent remote invocation succeeded; a nonzero code paired with the sibling error-description field is what an admin would quote when opening a TAC case about a QoS policy that won't apply.
