This is the name UCS Manager assigned to this deletion task itself, distinct from the name of the QoS policy it is in the process of removing. Deleting a QoS definition isn't instantaneous — UCS Manager has to unwind every reference to it on every fabric interconnect and adapter that used it, and this task object is what tracks that cleanup to completion. Because deletion tasks are internal housekeeping objects, this name is usually an auto-generated identifier rather than anything an admin chose, e.g. a string incorporating the word 'delete' and a sequence number.
