What is cucsDomainEnvironmentParamValue?

This is the actual configured value of the parameter identified by the sibling Name field on this same Param object. It holds the actual tunable value behind an environmental capability — for example the wattage budget a power-rebalancing feature is allowed to shift between chassis — separately from the feature record's own name and type. For this kind of parameter a realistic value might be '4200' — the literal number or setting an admin (or a default policy) assigned, which is only meaningful once you've also read the Name field to know what it's a value of.
