Description: Cisco UCS domain:ChassisFeature:type managed object property
What is cucsDomainChassisFeatureType?
This field tells you which specific capability, among the several a ChassisFeature/EnvironmentFeature/NetworkFeature/ServerFeature/StorageFeature record can represent, this particular instance is describing, drawn from a fixed UCS enumeration. UCS Central creates one of these per optional chassis capability — for example whether power-capping or chassis-level firmware auto-install is available on a particular chassis — so an admin scanning the domain summary can see which chassis-level features are actually usable without logging into each chassis. Two rows can share the same Dn pattern and differ only in this field, so it's what a script filtering the domain's feature list would key on. For this record the type would be something like 'chassis-power-cap', matching the capability named in the sibling Name/FunctionalState fields on the same object.
