What is cucsDcxVcState?
This is the overall configuration state of this virtual circuit as tracked by the fabric layer. An admin checks this alongside OperState when a circuit is not passing traffic to distinguish a configuration-stage problem, not yet fully provisioned, from an operational fault on an otherwise correctly configured circuit. A value of 'online' indicates the circuit is fully configured and actively carrying traffic.
