What is cucsDcxVcProtState?
This reports the protection or failover status of this virtual circuit when it is part of a redundant pair. This is the field an admin checks to know whether a server's redundant network path is currently running normally or has already failed over, which affects the urgency of fixing the underlying fault before a second failure causes an actual outage. A value of 'not-protected' would mean this circuit is currently running without its usual backup path active.
