What is cucsDcxVcPeerId?
This is the numeric Id of this virtual circuit's peer, or redundant partner, circuit. This is the counterpart handle to the VIf-level ProtPeerId, letting the fabric's redundancy logic, and an admin doing manual troubleshooting, quickly locate the partner circuit on the other fabric side for a given redundant pair. A value of '13' here would point to the peer circuit with Id 13, presumably on the opposite fabric interconnect.
