When read, this object always returns the value 'none'.
'none' - No operation. 'refresh' - Refresh all SGT policies in the device.
What is ctspAllSgtPolicyAction?
A write-only trigger allowing an administrator to refresh all SGT policies on the device; always reads back as 'none'.
