Description: This threshold, if non-zero, indicates the falling threshold for the value of csubAggStatsUpSessions for the aggregation point, When the current sample of csubAggStatsUpSessions is less than or equal to this threshold, and the value of csubAggStatsUpSessions for the last sample interval was greater than this thershold, the csubSessionFallingNotif is triggered.

If the value of this threshold is 0, the threshold is not evaluated.

What is csubSessionFallingThresh?

A configurable falling threshold for the count of active subscriber sessions; the session count dropping to or below this value (after having exceeded the rising threshold) can trigger a notification.
