What is cssgTcpRedirPortGrpMapRowStat?

Controls creating or deleting the row that maps a specific TCP Redirect Group to a specific port group. This is the port-group equivalent of cssgTcpRedirNetworkGrpMapRowStat — the row that actually connects a redirect group's name to a port group's name, which is what makes a redirect rule apply only to the listed ports rather than to all traffic. To scope the SMTP redirect group to only ports 25/587 rather than a whole destination network, an admin adds a row linking the redirect group to the 'mail-ports' port group and sets cssgTcpRedirPortGrpMapRowStat to createAndGo(4).
