What is cssgTalSuspectUsers?

Reports the current number of users TAL has classified as 'suspect' rather than confirmed subscribers. A suspect user is one TAL has enough doubt about to treat cautiously, per cssgTalDropPakDuringAuthorization and cssgTalSuspectUserTimeout, rather than either fully authorizing or flatly rejecting, so this count is a proxy for how much ambiguous or anomalous traffic TAL is currently having to police. An unusually high cssgTalSuspectUsers count during a known spoofing attempt against the access network would reflect TAL correctly flagging many of the spoofed sessions as suspect rather than silently authorizing them.
