What is ciscoScsiFlowTgtLCStatus?
This object reports the operational status of the line card hosting this flow's target device connection, mirroring the initiator-side line-card status. An admin can use this to rule in or out a hardware-level cause on the storage-facing side of the flow, distinguishing a line card problem from a configuration or fabric-verification issue reported elsewhere in the same row. If this line card shows a fault while the corresponding initiator line card is healthy, the admin knows to focus hardware troubleshooting on the storage-side card specifically.
