This object controls whether the flow's configuration (such as write-acceleration or statistics gathering) applies to every LUN exposed by the target, rather than being scoped to specific LUNs individually. An admin enabling write-acceleration for an entire storage array behind one target WWN sets this to true to avoid having to configure each LUN separately as new LUNs are added. Setting this to false instead would mean the admin must configure each LUN's flow behavior individually, which matters if only certain LUNs (say, a backup volume) should get the accelerated treatment.
