Description: This parameter specifies the integration counter, the local alarms are LOS and LOF. Default value is 6 and update counter every 10 ms to reach the threshold set in threshold object. This is the up counter.
What is nEAlarmUpCount?
Configures the integration threshold (default 6, incremented every 10ms) used to determine when local LOS/LOF alarm conditions are declared as active on the near end.
