What is cmlrRuleDestSmeMaxDigits?
This object sets the maximum number of digits allowed in the global title address of the destination Service Mobile Entity (SME) for a Multi-Layer Routing rule to apply. The rule only evaluates this constraint when the 'destSmeMaxDigits' bit is set in the cmlrRuleInputParameters object. SS7 network operators use this to filter traffic based on the length of destination address digits, useful for routing different message types to different destinations.
