Description: For distributed platforms, the value in seconds specifies how often information on measurements will be refreshed on supervisor. The valid range for distributed platforms is from 10 seconds to 1 hour.
For a single processor platform, the value will be always zero.

Reports how often TCAP measurement statistics are refreshed on the supervisor for distributed platforms (10 seconds to 1 hour), or zero on single-processor platforms.
