What is ciscoGspRxCongestionChange?

This SNMP notification (trap) is sent whenever a signaling link transitions to a different congestion level on the receive side, alerting network monitoring systems to changes in link saturation or queue buildup. The trap includes context objects such as the linkset identifiers, link name, and the new congestion state to help operators identify which part of the signaling network is experiencing congestion. Network operations centers typically capture these traps to track link health and trigger congestion management policies.

Examples

Send this trap to an SNMP manager — replace <manager> with the IP or hostname of your monitoring server (SNMPv2c):
