The value of zero indicates the threshold has not been defined at the link level and the value from the cgspLinksetUtilThresholdRcvd or cgspUtilThreshold objects will be used to generate the ciscoGspLinkRcvdUtilChange notification.
What is cgspLinkUtilThresholdRcvd?
This object sets the percentage threshold that triggers a link utilization alarm for received traffic on a GSP (Global Service Provider) link. When link utilization exceeds this threshold, notifications can be generated. An operator would configure this threshold to monitor inbound link congestion, tune alerting sensitivity, and ensure proactive notification of potential capacity constraints.
