What is cgspLinkTransmittedSIBs?
This OID counts how many busy-signal messages have been sent on a signaling link to indicate upstream congestion (used in telephony networks). When a switch is overwhelmed with call requests, it sends SIB signals to tell other switches to slow down, and this counter tracks how often that happened. A telecom operator watches this counter to identify overloaded signaling links that need additional capacity.
