What is cgspLinkState?
This object represents the operational state of a linkset in the SCTP Gateway Signaling Plane, with values indicating whether traffic can flow, whether the link has failed, whether it is administratively shut down, or is otherwise unavailable. An operator would check this state to understand the availability of SS7/SIGTRAN signaling paths and to diagnose service disruptions or to verify the effect of administrative actions. This is critical for maintaining telephone network reliability.
