What is cgspLinkQ752T2E19?
This counter tracks remote uninhibition events as defined in ITU Q.752 signaling standard section 2.19, used in SS7 (Signaling System 7) network monitoring. It records when a remote node requests resumption of signal transmission after it was previously paused or inhibited. Telecom network operators use this to monitor signaling link health and remote equipment state changes in switched network infrastructure.
