Description:
The signalling point congestion notification truth value. 'true' Indicates that ciscoGspCongestionChange and ciscoGspRxCongestionChange notification is to be generated when the state changes. That is, the notification generation is enabled. 'false' Indicates that ciscoGspCongestionChange and ciscoGspRxCongestionChange notification generation is disabled.
What is cgspCongestionNotifEnabled?
This read-write flag controls whether the device sends congestion-change notifications (both transmit and receive side) when the signalling point's congestion state changes.
