Description: This object specifies how the address range will be used by the GGSN.
When set to 'security', the address range is used for GGSN security feature i.e. any TPDU with destination address that falls in this address range will be discarded.
When set to 'sgsn', the address range denotes the sgsn address range in the local PLMN which can be used to check roaming MS.
