Description:
This object indicates the value of sysUpTime the last time the device changed the cfmFlowTcpTable.
What is cfmFlowTcpTableChanged?
This object records the system uptime (in TimeTicks) at which the TCP data table for flow monitoring was last modified by the device. It tracks when TCP-specific flow information was added, updated, or removed. An NMS or operator would check this value to determine whether cached flow monitoring data is still current or if a refresh is needed to ensure they're viewing the latest TCP flow statistics.
