If the flow does not have an associated conditions profile, then the value of this column must be the null string.
What is cfmFlowMetricsAlarms?
This object indicates any active alarm conditions affecting a monitored traffic flow, such as performance degradation or threshold violations. If no conditions profile is associated with the flow, this field contains an empty string. Operators check this to identify which traffic flows are experiencing problems and what specific conditions are triggering alarms.
