What is cfmConditionThreshRisePrecision?

This read-only object indicates the numeric precision or resolution at which a rising threshold condition is evaluated for a flow metric (such as precision in bits, packets, or milliseconds). The precision value is only meaningful when the condition type is set to 'risingThreshold' or 'risingAndFallingThreshold'. Flow monitoring administrators use this information to understand the granularity of threshold evaluations.
