Description:
This object indicates whether the device treats the standing condition as an alarm condition:
'none' The device does not treat the standing condition as an alarm condition.
'discrete' The device treats the standing condition as an alarm condition.
'grouped' The device aggregates the standing condition into an alarm group.
What is cfmConditionAlarm?
This object indicates how the device treats a particular standing condition when raising alarms: as a single alarm, as no alarm, or as part of a grouped alarm collection. An operator configures this setting to control alarm aggregation and prevent flooding the network management system with duplicate alerts. For example, setting to 'grouped' allows multiple related conditions to be reported as a single alarm.
