fcIfSerialNo
Module: CISCO-FC-FE-MIB
OID (symbolic): CISCO-FC-FE-MIB::fcIfSerialNo
OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.289.1.1.2.1.19
Node type: OBJECT-TYPE
Type: SnmpAdminString
Access: read-only
Description: The serial number of the connector unit ( e.g., for a GBIC ). If this is not applicable, return a zero-length string. Since this is a characteristic of a physical port, this object is not applicable for Port Channel ports, i.e., the value is instantiated but its value is irrelevant.
What is fcIfSerialNo?
Reports the serial number of the port's transceiver module (e.g., GBIC), or an empty string if not applicable, such as on port channel interfaces.
