This object controls creation or deletion of a row in the host connect-test configuration table, following the standard SNMP RowStatus convention. An admin sets this to createAndGo when first enabling connect-test-based availability checking for a host that didn't previously have one configured, and to destroy when removing that specific check configuration. If a host was previously monitored only via URL checks, an admin adding a lighter-weight TCP connect test would create this row first, then set cddHostConnectCfgIntv to the desired check frequency.
