Description: The aggregate ICM lookup failures object is a metric indicating the total number of failed requests from the VXML service to the ICM since startup. For each ICM lookup request that failed, this object value will be increased by one. This object value will be incremented in the case where an ICM failed message was received or in the case where VXML service generates a failed message.
