This object reports the progress status of the consistency-checker reset operation most recently triggered via cefInconsistencyReset. An admin polls this after issuing a reset to know when it's safe to assume the checkers are back to a clean starting state and resume normal monitoring or trust newly-generated inconsistency records. If this object stays in an in-progress state longer than expected after a reset was requested, that itself might indicate the reset operation is stuck, worth investigating separately.
