Description: Indicates the privilege level used for mapping a range of TACACS privilege levels to the SAOS super user privilege level. A privilege level returned by a server is compared to cienaCesTacacsClientPrivilegeLevelDiag. If the server privilege level is less than cienaCesTacacsClientPrivilegeLevelDiag and greater than or equal to the cienaCesTacacsClientPrivilegeLevelRW, the SAOS privilege level is 'superuser.'

What is cienaCesTacacsClientPrivilegeLevelRW?

This sets the lower bound of the TACACS privilege-level range that maps to the device's SAOS superuser role, working with the diag privilege-level object as the upper threshold. These three privilege-level threshold objects, admin, RW, diag, form a layered, ascending boundary scheme, so changing this one value without also reviewing the other two can shift the effective boundary between admin and superuser access for every TACACS-authenticated user, not just new ones. For example, raising this value from 10 to 12 without adjusting the others would mean users whose TACACS server returns privilege levels 10 or 11, who previously landed in superuser, now fall into the lower admin role instead.
