What is cienaCesTacacsClientGlobalAuthenticationAccessAccepts?
This counter tracks how many Access-Accept responses the switch has received back from TACACS+ servers for authentication attempts, counting both valid and invalid ones since the object doesn't distinguish them. Comparing this counter to AccessRequests tells an admin the rough authentication success rate for logins on this device; a gap that widens over time (many requests, few accepts) suggests credentials, shared-secret mismatches, or server-side policy are blocking logins. As an example, seeing 500 requests but only 350 accepts in a shift would prompt an admin to check whether a recent password-policy change locked out a batch of users.
