What is cienaCesTacacsClientAuthorizationServerBadAuthenticators?

This counts authorization responses from this one specific server that failed authenticator validation, meaning the shared secret configured for authorization against this particular server doesn't match — importantly, this key could differ from the authentication-phase key for the very same physical server, since the tables are independent. An admin who just rotated a shared secret should check this row specifically for the authorization table, since fixing the authentication table's key alone would not resolve a mismatch here. For example, an admin who updated only the authentication server table's secret would see this authorization counter start climbing on the next command attempt.
