What is cienaCesTacacsClientAuthorizationServerAccessRequests?

This counts authorization Access-Request packets sent to this one specific server, excluding retransmissions, and because authorization checks typically fire per-command, this counter on a busy management server can climb much faster than the corresponding authentication counter for the same physical box. An admin comparing this per-server count against the server's authentication-table request count for the same box gets a sense of how heavily loaded that specific server is with granular command checks versus simple logins. For example, a server handling authorization for a team running frequent 'show' commands would show authorization requests far outpacing authentication requests.
