Description: The number of authentication timeouts to this server. After a timeout the client may retry sending to the same server, send to a different server, or give up. A retry to the same server is counted as a retransmit as well as a timeout. A send to a different server is counted as a request as well as a timeout.

What is cienaCesTacacsClientAuthenticationServerTimeouts?

This counts authentication timeouts specific to this one server row, following the same double-counting convention as the Global timeout counter. An admin can use this to determine whether a particular server is consistently the one timing out during failover events, which over time may justify lowering its priority or removing it from rotation. For example, if server index 2 accumulates the majority of timeouts across the fleet, that server's network path or capacity likely needs investigation before it causes user-visible login delays.
