What is cienaCesTacacsClientAuthenticationServerBadHeaderSequence?
This is the per-server catch-all counter for authentication-port packets dropped from this specific server for reasons other than the more specific error categories, useful for narrowing a transport-layer issue down to one particular network path. If only the row for a server reached over a WAN link shows this counter rising, while a locally-attached server's row stays at zero, that points an admin toward the WAN path itself rather than the TACACS+ configuration. For example, a server reached through an MPLS link experiencing intermittent corruption might be the only row accumulating this counter.
