Description: The number of TACACS Access-Response packets containing invalid authenticators or signature attributes received from this server.

What is cienaCesTacacsClientAuthenticationServerBadAuthenticators?

This counts authentication responses from this one specific server whose authenticator or signature failed validation, almost always meaning the shared secret configured for this particular server row doesn't match what's configured on that physical TACACS+ server. Because the shared secret is typically set per server, this per-row counter is exactly the tool an admin needs to find which of several TACACS+ servers has a mismatched key. For example, after rotating secrets on three servers but only updating two of the switch's corresponding rows, the third row's BadAuthenticators counter would climb immediately.
